Automatic charging space allocation

In order to utilize the charging points as efficiently as possible, you have a charging time slot. After the charging time slot has expired, you will be prompted to move.

To be able to book a parking space, you must first enter your car and license plate number (once); this will also be displayed automatically in the "Parking" menu item. Then you can easily book your parking space in the following steps:
1. Navigate to the "Parking" menu item in the uRyde app and click on "Book parking space "
2. Then select a suitable parking timeslot
3. Use the "Choose your parking space" field to see all available parking spaces and select a suitable one on the map
4. Complete your booking by clicking on the "Book" button and pay (if subject to a charge) conveniently using your preferred online payment method
Note: A deposit may also be collected when booking.
Yes. You will receive a push notification from uRyde before the end of your time slot. If you haven't already done so, activate your notifications in the uRyde app and in your smartphone settings!
You can also have a calendar reminder sent to you automatically. To do this, go to your parking ticket details and click on “Create calendar reminder”. Shortly afterwards you will receive an email with your calendar entry and you can add it to yourself.
Your parking space is only available for the time slot you have booked. To avoid parking spaces being blocked beyond the booked time, a deposit will be reserved on your payment method when you book.
If you leave your parking space in time for the end of your parking period, the deposit will not be deducted.
However, if you stay in your parking space longer than your booked time slot and/or block other parking spaces, the deposit will be collected as compensation. If this is the case, you will also be informed about it in the app.

To book a charging space, you must first enter your car and license plate number (once) and check the "Electric or hybrid car" box. This will also be displayed automatically in the "Parking" menu item and booking process.

You can then simply book your charging space in the following steps:
1. Navigate to the "Parking" menu item in the uRyde app and click on "Book parking space"
2. Then select a suitable parking timeslot
3. Use the "Select your parking space" field to see all available charging spaces (with charging station icon) and select a suitable one on the map
4. Complete your booking by clicking the "Book" button and pay (if a charge applies) conveniently using your preferred online payment method
  
  Please note:
- A deposit may also be collected at the time of booking. You can find more details here.
- You may only be able to book a charging space for one time slot per day. In this case, you will have to change parking spaces briefly to allow others to charge as well.
